摘要
从经济、资源和环境3个子系统中选取18个指标构建区域资源环境承载力(经济环境、生态环境)评价体系,运用灰色系统理论TOPSIS法分析比较2017年山东省资源环境承载力的市域变化,并结合GIS技术对其进行空间分析.研究表明:二级评价指标体系权重中资源子系统所占权重最大,经济子系统次之,环境子系统最小;山东省资源环境承载力较大的区域位于黄河三级洲高效生态经济区和黄河沿线的3个地级市,并以此为核心区向外层层递减,承载力最小的区域位于鲁西南地区.
From the three subsystems of economy,resources and environment,18 indicators are selected to construct the evaluation system of regional resources and environment carrying capacity. The urban changes of resources and environment carrying capacity in Shandong Province in 2017 are analyzed and compared by TOPSIS method based on grey system theory,and the spatial analysis is carried out by combining GIS technology. The research shows that the resource subsystem in the weight of the second-level evaluation index system has the largest weight,the economic subsystem is the second,and the environmental subsystem is the smallest;the region with large resource and environmental carrying capacity in Shandong Province is located in the high-efficiency ecological economic zone of the Yellow River and the Yellow River. The three prefecture-level cities along the line,with this as the core area,are declining to the outer layer,and the area with the smallest carrying capacity is located in the southwestern part of Shandong.
