摘要 基于学分制改革下护理学专业人才培养方案的调整、护理学类专业第六轮规划教材的修订这两大背景,护理学专业核心课程知识体系的再构建成为当务之急.基于地方本科院校护理学专业建设实际,探索并形成了以专业人才培养方案为纲,以集体备课、交叉听课等为抓手,以开展课程分析为载体,以修订教学大纲为主要表现形式,以开展整合性课程建设为有效补充的护理学专业核心课程知识体系构建模式. Based on the adjustment of the training program for nursing professionals under the credit system reform and the revision of the sixth round planning teaching materials for nursing majors, the reconstruction of the core curriculum knowledge system of nursing majors has become an urgent task. Based on the constructive effectiveness of Nursing Major in the local undergraduate universities, this paper explored and formulated the lead of talents cultivation plan, employed the effective method of collective preparation of lessons and mutual attending classes, taking course analysis as a main medium and revising syllabus as a main form, forming major core curriculum knowledge system with integrating courses construction as an effective complement.
