重点国有林区林户参与职业技术培训现状的调查研究

Study on the Basic Status and Countermeasures of Forest Households Participating in Vocational and Technical Training in State-owned Forest Areas

通过对重点国有林区开展关于职业技术培训现状的实地调研和现状分析,总体发现:林区当前组织开展的各类职业技术培训主要存在着林户参加培训比例较低、培训供给主体过于单一和培训内容与职工实际需求差别较大等典型问题。在此基础上,从强化林区转岗职工培训认识,扩大培训供给主体范围,有针对性地确定培训内容等三个方面提出了进一步改善和强化国有林区职业技术培训工作的对策建议。

Vocational and technical training is an important way to accelerate the structural reform of the supply side of forestry. Through the analysis of the status quo of technical training in key State-owned Forest Areas, this paper concluded that there were some problems such as the low proportion of forestry participation in training, the fact that the training supply subject was too single, and the difference between the training content and the actual needs of employees. On this basis, it proposed the countermeasures and suggestions from three perspectives for further improving the vocational and technical training in State-owned Forest Areas, including strengthening the training of employees in the forest area, expanding the scope of training supply, and identifying the training content in a targeted manner.
