摘要
在钢结构桥梁的加工中,厚宽钢板运用十分广泛。厚宽钢板不同方向弯曲加工,一般同方向压弯后再通过焊接拼接,该工序增加了焊接工作量,也因焊接收缩无法保证装配精度。论文根据厚宽钢板弯曲的工艺性分析、基本工艺计算,利用CAD、SAP 2000软件设计了一台轻型门式压弯机与模具,将厚宽钢板在不同方向弯曲一次性压制成型,节约了材料,提高了装配合格率。
Wide thick plate is widely used in bridge steel structure production.Usually the big plate is produced by melding several smaller bended plates in different directions.However,this way will not only increase the melding workload,but also cannot guarantee the fitting accuracy because of melding shrink.To solve this problem,a light-gate bending machine and its mold are designed,saving materials,as long as improving fitting qualified rate.This paper will illustrate how the machine is designed with CAD and SAP2000,according to the process analysis and basic process calculation of the plate bending.
