摘要
提出了一种传力架式施工电梯基础施工技术,并给出了传力架的典型构造。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件进行了非线性模拟,分析了地库结构及格构柱的应力和损伤情况及竖向荷载分配情况,并详细介绍了传力架式施工电梯基础的安装流程。研究结果表明:传力架式施工电梯基础在整个使用过程中,所有受力构件均处于弹性状态,施工电梯荷载对地库结构产生的影响较小,格构柱传力架承担的竖向荷载占总荷载的34%。传力架式施工电梯基础施工技术,能够节约大量建筑材料,提高施工效率,最大程度上实现了经济效益、社会效益与环境效益的统一。
A type of construction elevator foundation with transmission frame was proposed and the typical structure of the transmission frame was presented.Finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to conduct nonlinear simulation,the stress and damage of the foundation structure and the lattice column and the vertical load distribution were analyzed,and the installation process of the construction elevator foundation with transmission frame was introduced in detail.Research results show that:in the whole process of the construction elevator foundation with transmission frame,all the stressed members are in an elastic state,and the impact of the construction elevator load on the basement structure is small.The vertical load assumed by the lattice column force-bearing frame accounts for the total load 34%.The construction elevator foundation with transmission frame can save a lot of building materials,improve the construction efficiency,and realize the unification of economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits to the greatest extent.
