以预制构件生产基地为研究背景,针对夹心墙板生产,介绍了综合自动化生产线的设备配置、生产工艺及产能概况,为装配式建筑工程预制构件生产基地建设及生产线的工艺操作提供参考。

Based on the research background of prefabricated component production base and the production of sandwich wallboard,this paper introduces the equipment configuration,production process and production capacity of the integrated automation production line,which provides reference for the construction of prefabricated component production base and the process operation of the production line.
