基于校行企联合多元育人的电子商务专业人才培养实践--以广东省贸易职业技术学校为例

Training practice of E-commerce professionals based on the combination of school, bank and enterprise: taking Guangdong Trade Vocational and Technical School as an example

电商给经济和社会带来了巨大的影响,促进了经济的发展和社会的进步,提高了人们生活水平,同时电商的迅速崛起以及高速发展也造成人才需求的巨大缺口,如何培养出符合社会、企业需求的电商人才成为大家关注的热点话题。文章以广东省贸易职业技术学校电子商务专业为例,通过"引进来"和"走出去",建立"校中企""企中校",从电商岗位引入到课程体系调整,到不断完善人才培养模式,再到提高就业质量为实践主线,构建"校行企联合多元育人"电子商务专业人才培养模式。

E-commerce has brought great influence to economy and society, promoted economic development and social progress, improved people’ s living standard, at the same time, the rapid rise of E-commerce and rapid development also caused a huge gap in talent demand. How to cultivate E-commerce talents who meet the needs of society and enterprises has also become a hot topic of attention. Taking the E-commerce major of Guangdong Trade Vocational and Technical School as an example, this paper establishes "middle-school enterprises" and "middle-school enterprises" through "introduction" and "going out", from introducing E-commerce posts to adjusting the curriculum system to continuously improving the talent training model to improving the quality of employment as the main line of practice, constructing the training mode of e-commerce talents of "school, bank and enterprise united and diversified education".
