摘要
文章以张家界市两所高校快递站为研究对象,通过SD感知法对两所高校的人群空间感知差异进行了定量比较,研究不同快递模式、不同使用群体条件下高校人群的感知规律及特点。基于人群感知评价,对比新、旧快递模式的优劣。研究结果显示:综合服务中心模式优于多代理点模式,高校人群对快递柜接受程度较高;快递方、师生方在美观性、空间适宜性方面感知差异较大,各自需求也截然不同。
This paper takes two universities’ express station as the research object, through the SD perception method, carried on the quantitative comparison to crowd spatial perception difference, studies the perception rules and characteristics of university crowd under the conditions of different express modes and user groups. Based on the crowd perception evaluation, compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two express modes. The results show that: comprehensive service center model is superior to multi-agent model;The acceptance degree of the university crowd to the express cabinet is high. The express party and the teacher-student party are quite different in the aspects of aesthetics and space suitability, their needs are different.
