基于信息化管理的高校开放式实验室管理现状及对策研究

开放式实验室为培养创新型、应用型人才提供了重要支持,是高校培养人才的重要基础设施。为满足教育改革的需要,各大高校均已加强对开放式实验室的建设与管理。通过对高校实验室管理的现状分析,发现现阶段高校实验室存在管理模式和管理手段落后、使用过程繁琐、信息不透明等问题。基于以上分析,文章提出一种基于信息化管理的高校开放式实验室管理对策,以实现资源的有效利用,真正发挥开放式实验室的作用。

The open laboratory provides important support for the cultivation of innovative and applied talents, and is an important infrastructure for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. In order to meet the needs of educational reform, universities have strengthened the construction and management of open laboratories. Through the analysis of the current situation of university laboratory management, it is found that there are some problems in university laboratory management at this stage, such as backward management model and management means, cumbersome use process, and opaque information. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward an open laboratory management strategy based on information management in order to realize the effective use of resources and truly play the role of open laboratory.
