弹性钛髓内钉内固定与手法复位治疗小儿长骨干骨折的疗效对比 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨小儿长骨干骨折应用弹性钛髓内钉内固定与手法复位治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年7月至2018年12月于本院诊治的长骨干骨折患儿68例为研究对象,并按治疗方法不同分为两组,每组34例。手法组采取手法复位治疗,手术组采取弹性钛髓内钉内固定手术治疗,比较两组患儿的骨折治疗效果以及骨折愈合时间。结果手术组患儿骨折治疗优良率为97.06%,高于手法组的76.47%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.610,P=0.032);手术组患儿平均骨折愈合时间为(12.68±1.36)周,短于手法组的(14.72±1.85)周,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.345,P=0.000)。结论小儿长骨干骨折应用弹性钛髓内钉内固定手术治疗效果更佳,能提高骨折愈合效果,缩短骨折愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of elastic titanium intramedullary nail internal fixation and manual reduction in the treatment of long bone fractures in children.Methods 68 children with long bone fractures who were diagnosed from July 2015 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as study subjects and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The manual resetting method was set as the manipulation group,the patients who underwent elastic titanium intramedullary nailing were treated as the operation group,and the fracture treatment effect and fracture healing time of the two groups were analyzed.Results The excellent rate of fracture treatment in the surgical group was 97.06%,which was higher than that in the manual group 76.47%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.610,P=0.032).The average fracture healing time in the surgical group was(12.68±1.36)weeks,shorter than the manipulation group(14.72±1.85)weeks(t=6.345,P=0.000).Conclusion The treatment of long bone fractures in children with elastic titanium intramedullary nailing is better and can improve fracture healing effect and shorten fracture healing time,which is worthy of clinical application.
