Objective To evaluate the application value of ultra-high field magnetic resonance 3D-MRCP examination in the relation between the pancreaticobiliary duct junction anomaly and the incidence of junction abnormal type. Methods The imaging data in 230 cases of ultra-high field magnetic resonance 3D-MRCP in this hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were collected. The case-control study method was used to evaluate the application value of ultra-high field magnetic resonance 3D-MRCP in the relationship between pancreaticobiliary duct junction anomaly and the prevalence of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Results The pancreaticobiliary duct junction was divided into the normal junction type and abnormal junction type. The prevalence rate of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in the patients with junction abnormal type was higher than that in the patients with junction normal type. The prevalence rate of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in the patients with junction abnormal type was higher than that in the patients with junction normal type;the prevalence rate of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in the patients with pancreaticobiliary type was higher that in the patients with biliary-pancreatic type(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is closely related to the abnormal junction of biliopancreatic duct. The ultra-high field magnetic resonance 3D-MRCP for evaluating the relationship between the pancreaticobiliary duct junction anomaly and the prevalence rate of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma has the higher application value.
