摘要
随着用人观念的转变,工作团队成员的背景也开始出现较大差异。团队多样性和团队绩效的关系一直是管理学研究的热点。从信息决策视角出发,通过研究对78个林业企业管理团队、302位受访者进行调查,探究多样化团队与团队绩效的关系,并对认知需求的调节作用和任务信息说明以及团队认同感的中介作用做深入分析,提出了对林业企业组建工作团队管理的建议。
With the changes of recruitment perspective,backgrounds of the team members have been various. The relationship between team diversity and team performance has been the heated topic of management research. Based on the information&decision-making perspective,this paper took a research on 78 management teams of forestry companies and 302 interviewees aiming at investigating the relationship between team diversity and team performance. In addition,it also analyzed the moderating effect of cognition need and mediating effect of the elaboration of task-relevant information and the collective identification.Finally,it provided managerial implication for the team building.
