优化训练对学员体能耐力素质的影响

摘要 体能训练是提高学员耐力素质的主要方式.针对学员耐力素质自我训练上存在的主动参与意识不强、缺乏科学的训练方法等问题,提出体能耐力素质优化训练方法.研究采用实验对比方法,结果表明,相比于对照组采用的原有训练模式,实验组采用的新方法,能更大程度提高受训者身体综合指标,1500 m和3000 m长跑平均用时比对照组分别少23.05 s和30.7 s,获得了更好的训练效果.优化训练对学员耐力素质的提高更加有效,可加以推广. Physical training is the main way to improve the students′endurance quality.In view of the problems of the lack of active participation consciousness and lack of scientific training methods in the self-training of the students′endurance quality,this paper proposes the optimizing training method of physical endurance quality.The experimental comparison method was adopted in the study.Compared with the original training mode used by the control group,the results showed that the new method used by the experimental group could improve the comprehensive physical index of the trainees to a greater extent,and the average time of 1500 m and 3000 m running was 23.05 seconds and 30.7 seconds less than that of the control group,respectively,and the better training effect was obtained.Optimizing training is more effective for the improvement of the students′endurance quality and can be promoted.
