“U-G-S”教师教育模式的实践探索及成效分析——以D师范大学为例

摘要 随着基础教育改革的推进,教师教育模式改革成为教师教育改革的重点领域之一,D师范大学在已有教师教育模式的基础上提出并实施“U-G-S”教师教育模式。该模式以融合的教师教育为基本理念,以形成教师教育合作发展共同体为价值追求,以“试验区”建设为实践载体。“U-G-S”教师教育模式在实践中引导“G”“S”转变角色,协同培养师范生;拓展“U”的办学空间,延伸大学校园至“实验区”;规约教师教育者专业发展,成为该模式的核心主体。该模式取得的成效有突出教师教育特色,提升师范生培养质量;结合现实情境与时代背景,创生教师教育新型文化;深化“共同体”内部改革,提高自身“造血”功能。 With the development of elementary education reform,teacher education mode innovation becomes one of the important areas of teacher education reforms.D Normal university puts forward and puts into practice of“U-G-S”teacher education mode.It takes confluent teacher education as its basic concept,takes forming teacher education cooperative development community as its value pursuit,takes experimental area construction as its practice carrier.“U-G-S”teacher education mode guides“G”and“S”to change their roles in the practice,helps cultivate normal students;it expands the school-running space of“U”and extends university campus to“experimental area”;It standardizes the professional development of teacher educators becoming the core body of this mode.To combine current context and historical background to create new culture of teacher education;To deepen the internal reform of“community”to increase the function of“hematopoietic.”
