新时代中国特色社会主义市场经济的分配正义——以历史唯物主义“双重逻辑”为视角

Distribution Justice of Socialist Market Economy with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era——From the Perspective of Double Logic of Historical Materialism

分配正义作为一个古老而现实的问题,在新时代中国特色社会主义市场经济的发展进程中形成了新的时代论域和语境。以历史唯物主义的生产逻辑和资本逻辑作为理论框架,从马克思主义的分配正义出发,对当今时代的分配正义进行探析,形成了三点认识:生产逻辑是分配正义的基石,资本逻辑影响分配正义的属性以及分配正义受“双重逻辑”所支配。在此基础上,从发展中国特色社会主义市场经济的视角,分析了资本利用的合理性、效率与公平、共享发展等问题。

Distribution justice,an ancient and modern subject,has had new register and context in the process of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics for a new era.From the perspective of capital logic and production logic of historical materialism,starting from Marx’distribution justice,the paper has had a modern interpretation and concluded three points:production logic is the base of distribution justice;capital logic influences the nature of distribution justice;and distribution justice is controlled by the two logics.And the reason,effect,fairness,shared development of capital use were analyzed from the perspective of developing socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
