摘要
王凯的现成品装置探讨消费时代商品的剩余价值如何在艺术生产中得到第二次“生命”。“现成品”艺术与工业生产紧密相关,其视觉符号、商品样式以及生产机制等都可以作为艺术家创作的素材进行解构和重组,看似随意的堆砌和摆放,实则是在形式语言上模拟都市景观,再造情境。不管是工业材料的使用还是霓虹灯的点缀,带有都市朋克风格的视觉背后,是艺术家对时代现状的反馈的思考。
The ready-made installations of Wang Kai discuss how the surplus value of goods in the consumption age can get a second“life”during art production.“Readymade”art is closely related to industrial production,and its visual symbols,commodity patterns and production mechanisms,etc.can be deconstructed and reorganized as materials for artists to create.It seems to be piled up and placed randomly,but in fact,it stimulates urban landscapes and recreates situations in formal language.Whether it is the use of industrial materials or the embellishment of neon lights,is the reflection of the feedback of artists on the current situation of times behind the vision of urban punk style.
