摘要
根据软性材料加工的独特性,给出了软性材料和软性材料加工工程学的定义,并阐述了软性材料加工工程学的研究意义和内容.分析了我国软性材料加工技术发展中存在的突出问题和软性材料加工行业的发展趋势.认为软性材料加工工程学的系统研究有助于攻克软性材料加工中的关键技术,开发品种齐全的软性材料加工装备,提高我国几十万家软性材料制品企业的智能制造能力.
Soft materials are difficult to process,due to their unique features.This paper gives the definition of soft materials and soft material processing technology,and tries to explain the significance and research content in soft material processing.This paper analyzes the problems and their causes in soft material processing,with a specific focus on technological development in China.Finally,the developmental trend of soft material processing industry is presented and analyzed.Systematic research on soft material processing engineering is helpful to overcome the main difficulties,to develop a full range of soft material processing equipment,and to improve intelligent manufacturing capacity for hundreds of thousands of soft material related enterprises in China.
