隧道式废旧电机加热系统的研发

摘要 针对国内废旧电机拆解行业存在的电机加热能耗高、工人工作量大、生产强度高、环境污染重等问题,根据项目实际需要进行了隧道式废旧电机加热系统的研发.该系统采用隧道式炉体结构、连续式加热工艺及自动化控制系统,解决了废旧电机加热处理过程存在的产能可调性、产品适应性以及废气收集处理问题,在降低能源消耗、降低运行成本、提高自动化程度、降低工人劳动强度等方面具有显著效果. With the acceleration of the modernization process,the amount of waste electrical machines in the world is increased.In view of the problems of high energy consumption,heavy workload,high production intensity and environmental pollution existing in the domestic waste motor dismantling and recycling industry,the research and development of the tunnel kiln waste motor heating system is carried out based on the actual needs.The system adopts tunnel furnace structure,continuous heating process and automatic control system to solve the problems of capacity adjustment,product adaptability and waste gas collection and treatment in the process of waste motor heating,which makes a great improvement in reducing energy consumption,reducing operation cost,improving automation,reducing labor intensity and environmental protection etc.
