高辨识率的成组质量评价新指标GEN

New Index GEN of Group Performance Measure with High Discriminating Power

摘要 介绍并分析了现有的成组质量评价指标.针对成组功效(GF)辨识率不高的问题,提出了一种对成组质量评价具有更高辨识率的新指标GEN.对相关文献中的矩阵、某车间设备零件的20个成组方案、10000组随机矩阵数据进行分析,比较GF指标和GEN指标的辨识率.研究表明,新指标GEN的辨识率更高,可应用于成组质量评价、单元构建等工作. After the existing group quality evaluation index is introduced and analyzed,a new index GEN is proposed to evaluate the quality of the group.Then,the matrix in the relevant literature,20 machine-component matrix of a workshop,10000 sets of random data matrix are analyzed,the discriminating power of GF(Grouping Efficacy)and GEN is compared.The conclusion is that the discriminating power of GEN is higher than GF.The new index GEN of group performance measure can be applied to the work of group forming and cell performance measure.
