摘要
目的探究手术室临床护理中多种教学方法的联合应用效果。方法选取2017年1-12月期间于手术室实习的40名护生,设为对照组,全部采用传统教学方法进行带教;选取2018年1-12月期间于手术室实习的40名护生,设为研究组,采用情景模拟、案例分析、一带一等多种教学方法进行带教。比较两组护生的实践操作成绩、理论成绩与护理意外事件发生率。结果研究组的实践操作成绩为(91.27±5.79)分,高于对照组的(77.45±7.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.452,P=0.000<0.05)。研究组的理论成绩为(92.66±3.71)分,高于对照组的(78.22±5.49)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.783,P=0.000<0.05)。研究组的护理意外事件发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.211,P=0.040<0.05)。结论在手术室临床护理中联合应用多种教学方法可提高护生的理论储备水平与实践操作能力,预防护理意外事件发生。
Objective To explore the combined effect of multiple teaching methods in clinical nursing in the operating room. Methods Forty nursing students who practiced in the operating room from January to December 2017 were selected as the control group, and all were taught by traditional teaching methods. From January to December 2018 of the same year,they were practiced in the operating room. 40 nursing students were set up as research group, using scenario simulation,case analysis, and one-on-one teaching methods. The two groups of nursing students were compared in their practical operation scores, theoretical scores and the incidence of nursing accidents. Results The scores of the practical operation in the study group were(91.27±5.79)points, which was higher than the control group(77.45±7.21)points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.452, P=0.000<0.05). The theoretical score of the study group was(92.66±3.71)points, which was higher than that of the control group(78.22±5.49)points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.783, P=0.000<0.05).The incidence of nursing accidents in the study group was 0.00%, which was lower than 10.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.211, P =0.040 <0.05). Conclusion The combined application of multiple teaching methods in the clinical nursing of the operating room can improve the theoretical reserve level and practical ability of nursing students, and prevent nursing accidents.
