人性化管理在肿瘤科护理管理中的应用

Application of Humanized Management in Nursing Management of Oncology

目的探究人性化管理在肿瘤科护理管理中的应用效果。方法以2018年7-12月为对照时间段,该时间段肿瘤科采取常规管理模式,以2019年1-6月为观察时间段,该时间段肿瘤科采取人性化管理模式,各选取100例患者作为对照组、观察组,进一步比较两组护理管理效果。结果①在SAS、SDS评分方面,护理前两组均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);通过积极护理后,在SAS评分、SDS评分方面,观察组均显著要比对照组低(P<0.05)。②观察组、对照组护理总满意度分别为92.00%、65.00%;观察组明显要比对照组高(P<0.05),有统计学价值。结论人性化管理应用于肿瘤科,可提升护理管理水平,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized management in oncology nursing management. Methods From July to December 2018 as the control period, the oncology department adopts the conventional management mode.From January to June 2019 as the observation period, the oncology department adopts humanized management mode during this period;100 patients were selected as the control group and the observation group to further compare the nursing management effect between the two groups. Results 1.In terms of SAS and SDS scores, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after active care, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in terms of SAS score and SDS score(P<0.05). 2.The total satisfaction of the nursing group in the observation group and the control group were 92.00% and 65.00%, respectively;the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05) and had statistical value. Conclusion The application of humanized management in oncology can improve the level of nursing management and is worthy of popularization and application.
