质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理工作中的应用研究

Application of Quality Control Group Management Model in Nursing Management of Operating Room

目的探讨质量控制小组管理模式用于手术室管理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月间该院手术室护理人员30名护理人员,依据不同管理方案分成参照组(常规护理管理)和实验组(质量控制小组管理),各组15名,观察及比对两组护理人员管理后护理质量及护理差错发生率,并予以总结。结果实验组护理质量评分情况均优于参照组(P<0.05);实验组护理差错总发生率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论实施质量控制小组管理模式用于手术室护理管理工作中的应用效果佳,可作为一种首选的护理管理办法。

Objective To explore the application effect of the quality control group management model in the management of operating rooms. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, a total of 30 nursing staff in the operating room of the hospital were recruited, and divided into reference group(routine nursing management) and experimental group(quality control group management) according to the different management plan, 15 cases in each group, observe and compare the nursing quality and the incidence of nursing errors after the management of the two groups of nursing staff, and summarize them. Results The quality of nursing scores in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the total incidence of nursing errors in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the quality control group management mode in the nursing management of the operating room has a good effect and can be used as a preferred method of nursing management.
