标准化专项护理管理对肝硬化腹水患者液体出入量记录效果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨对肝硬化腹水患者采用标准化专项护理管理方式进行干预后对其液体出入量记录结果产生的影响。方法选择该院2017年5月-2019年1月收治的100例肝硬化腹水患者作为实验对象;数字奇偶法分组后探究每组采用护理管理方式;比照组(50例):采用基础护理管理方式展开;实验组(50例):采用基础护理管理方式+标准化专项护理管理方式展开;最终就两组肝硬化腹水患者液体出入量记录缺陷发生率、液态出入量记录认知情况展开对比。结果实验组肝硬化腹水患者项目缺失率、估算错误率、总结错误率以及遗漏记录率均低于比照组明显(P<0.05);实验组肝硬化腹水患者量杯使用率、准确记录重要性知晓率、食物量化对照表使用率以及记录条目明确率均高于比照组明显(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化腹水患者于临床接受标准化专项护理管理干预后,对于项目缺失率、估算错误率、总结错误率以及遗漏记录率的降低,量杯使用率、准确记录重要性知晓率、食物量化对照表使用率以及记录条目明确率的提升,均获得显著效果,最终对于肝硬化腹水患者液体出入量记录效果的提升,奠定基础。 Objective To explore the impact of the results of recording fluid in and out of patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites after intervention with standardized special nursing management methods. Methods 100 patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites treated in the hospital from May 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the experimental subjects;the digital parity method was used to explore the nursing management of each group;the comparison group(50 patients): the basic nursing management;the experimental group(50 cases): the basic nursing management method and the standardized special nursing management method were deployed;finally, the two groups of patients with cirrhosis and ascites were compared with each other in terms of the incidence of defects in the recording of the liquid intake and output, and the cognitive status of the liquid intake and discharge. Results The rate of item deletion, estimation error, summary error rate, and omission of recording in patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The rate, the utilization rate of food quantitative control table and the clear rate of recorded items were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites receive standardized special nursing management interventions, and reduce the missing rate, estimated error rate, summary error rate,and missing record rate, measuring cup usage rate, accurate record importance awareness rate, and food quantitative control table. The improvement in the utilization rate and the clarification rate of recorded items have achieved significant results.Finally, the foundation for improving the recording effect of fluid input and output of patients with cirrhosis and ascites has been laid.
