摘要
随着国家卫生体制改革的不断深入,医院薪酬体制改革、公立医院去编制化等政策的影响下,加速医务人员在医疗人才市场的流动。传统的人力资源管理观念面临冲击和挑战。面对激烈的人才竞争市场,医院人力资源管理部门需充分借鉴企业人力资源管理方法,运用现代人力资源管理理念,开展医院人力资源管理工作,以适应现代人力资源管理需求。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the national health system,under the influence of policies such as the reform of the hospital salary system and the decommissioning of public hospitals,the flow of medical personnel in the medical talent market has been accelerated.The traditional concept of human resource management faces shocks and challenges.Facing the fierce competition for talents,the human resources management department of the hospital needs to fully learn from the human resources management methods of enterprises,and use modern human resource management concepts to carry out the human resources management of the hospital to meet the needs of modern human resources management.
