儿科优质护理工作中护士分层管理的应用效果

Application Effect of Layered Management of Nurses in Pediatric Quality Nursing Work

目的探讨儿科优质护理工作中护士分层管理的应用效果。方法将2018年1-12月在该院儿科接受治疗的100例儿科患儿随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用分层管理护理模式。对比两组护理不良事件的发生率及家属的护理满意度。结果观察组护理不良事件发生次数为5次,占比0.2%,对照组护理不良事件发生次数为18次,占比为0.9%,观察组护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.543,P<0.05);观察组十分满意21例,满意28例,护理满意度为98.0%,对照组十分满意17例,满意27例,护理满意度为88.0%,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.840,P<0.05)。结论护士分层管理模式能够降低护理不良事件的发生率并提高患儿家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of layered management of nurses in pediatric quality nursing work.Methods A total of 100 pediatric patients who were treated in the pediatric department of the hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, and the observation group adopted the layered management nursing mode. The incidence of adverse events in nursing and the satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups. Results The number of adverse events in the observation group was 5 times, accounting for 0.2%. The number of adverse events in the control group was 18 times, accounting for 0.9%. The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. There was statistical significance(χ^2=9.543, P<0.05);the observation group was very satisfied in 21 cases, 28 cases were satisfied, the nursing satisfaction was 98.0%, the control group was very satisfied in 17 cases, 27 satisfied, and the nursing satisfaction was 88.0%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.840, P<0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical management model of nurses can reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events and improve the satisfaction of children’s families.
