摘要
目的探讨孕期瑜伽训练对初产妇产程时间、盆底肌力、疼痛及会阴侧切率的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月本院收治的111例初产妇作为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为常规组55例和试验组56例。常规组实施常规孕期检查及教育等,试验组在此基础上增加孕期瑜伽训练。对比两组初产妇第一、二、三产程时间及孕27周、孕36周、产后2周的盆底肌力,评价初产妇第一产程的焦虑及分娩疼痛程度,记录会阴侧切情况。结果试验组初产妇孕27、36周及产后2周盆底肌肌力高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组的第一、二、三产程均短于常规组,SAS评分、VAS评分及会阴侧切率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论孕期瑜伽训练能够改善初产妇盆底肌肌力,缩短产程,改善焦虑情绪,降低分娩疼痛程度及会阴侧切率。
Objective To investigate the effects of yoga training during pregnancy on the labor time,pelvic floor muscle strength,pain and perineal cut rate of primipara.Methods A total of 111 primiparas who were hospitalized in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were divided into the routine group(55 cases)and the experimental group(56 cases)according to the order of admission.The routine group underwent routine pregnancy examination and education,and the experimental group added yoga training during pregnancy.The the labor time of the first,second and third labor periods,pelvic floor muscle strength at the 27 weeks of pregnancy,36 weeks of pregnancy and 2 weeks postpartum of the two groups were compared.The anxiety of the first stage of labor and the pain of delivery were evaluated.The perineal side cut was recorded.Results The pelvic floor muscle strength of the experimental group was higher than that of the routine group at 27,36 weeks pregnancy and 2 weeks postpartum(P<0.05).The labor time of first,second and third stages of the experimental group were shorter than that of the routine group,and the SAS score,VAS score and perineal cut rate were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yoga training during pregnancy can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength of primipara,shorten the labor process,improve anxiety,and reduce the pain of labor and the rate of perineal cut.
