火针联合沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of fire needle combined with thalidomide on nodular prurigo

目的观察火针联合沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效。方法将96例结节性痒疹患者随机分为三组,每组32例,治疗组采用火针联合沙利度胺治疗,同时外用卤米松乳膏;火针组采用火针和外用卤米松乳膏;沙利度胺组采用口服沙利度胺和外用卤米松乳膏,疗程4周。结果三组患者经过4周治疗,治疗组、火针组、沙利度胺组有效率分别为93.75%、75.00%、71.88%。治疗组有效率均明显高于火针组、沙利度胺组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论火针联合沙利度胺治疗结节性痒疹疗效确切,优于单纯火针或沙利度胺治疗,且不良反应小,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with thalidomide in the treatment of nodular prurigo. Methods96 patients with nodular pruritus were randomly divided into 3 groups,32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with fire needle combined with thalidomide and halometasone cream. Fire needle group was treated with fire needle and external halometasone cream.In thalidomide group,oral thalidomide and external halometasone cream were used. All three groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rates of treatment group,fire needle group and thalidomide group were 93.75%,75.00% and 71.88% respectively.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the fire needle group and thalidomide group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). ConclusionTherapeutic effect of fire needle combined with thalidomide on nodular prurigo is definite. It is superior to only fire needle or thalidomide in treatment, and has less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
