红光治疗在难愈性创面的临床应用及研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 皮肤愈合是一类包含一系列复杂反应的生理病理过程,主要经过四个重叠阶段,从止血、炎症、肉芽组织形成和组织重塑来进行皮肤创面修复。这四个阶段受多方面因素影响,例如糖尿病、血循不良、感染、免疫抑制等都会推迟组织修复从而形成难愈性创面。随着物理医学与康复医学的发展,红光辅助治疗难愈性创面愈合逐渐受到临床重视。其通过刺激细胞增殖、促进生长因子释放、加速组织胶原沉积、清除自由基,抗炎镇痛等一系列的作用,从而有效地减轻创口疼痛,促进难愈性创面愈合。文章就红光治疗促进皮肤难愈性创面愈合的作用机理及临床对难愈性皮肤创面的应用与探索进行阐述。 Skin healing is a type of physiological and pathological process involving a series of complex reactions, mainly through four overlapping stages, including hemostasis, inflammation, granulation tissue formation and tissue remodeling for skin wound repair. These four stages are affected by many factors, for example, diabetes, venous stasis, pressure sores, burns, immunosuppression, etc. will delay tissue repair and form refractory wounds. With the rapid development of physical medicine and rehabilitation medicine, red light assisted treatment of refractory wound healing is gradually being valued by clinicians. Red light treatment is effective in reducing wound pain and promoting refractory wound healing by stimulating cell proliferation, promoting growth factor release, accelerating tissue collagen deposition, scavenging free radicals, and resisting inflammation and analgesia.This article describes the mechanism of red light treatment to promote skin wound healing and clinical application and exploration of difficult skin wounds.
