发展赛马运动提升海南旅游产业发展

Develop Horse Racing and Promote the Development of Hainan Tourism Industry

运用文献资料和调查访问等研究方法,对海南省发展赛马运动进行调查,结果表明:"赛马+旅游"的模式符合海南的发展,海南赛马政策的落地,必将推动旅游产业升级,形成经济发展新模式,占据政策上风的海南赛马产业有望以此为新起点,为海南经济注入强大动力。对旅游产业的积极影响主要体现在:政策层面明确赛马运动的合法性,游客对旅游线路的选择更加多样性,游客来源地域更加多元化,海口+三亚两大赛马场的落地建成,形成南北呼应的有利格局,必将成为海南省旅游业的标杆品牌之一。

This paper aims at investigating the development of horse racing in Hainan Province by means of literature and survey. The result shows that the model of horse racing plus tourism is in line with the development of Hainan,and the implementation of the horse racing policy in Hainan will definitely promote the upgrading of tourism industry and form a new economic development model. The horsing race industry,which benefits from policies will start from this point to inject a powerful impetus to Hainan economy. Its positive influence is shown from the following aspects:the policy is clear about the legality of horse racing;tourists have more diverse choices of travelling routes;tourists’ geographic origin is more diversified;Haikou and Sanya have built two racecourse grounds;forming the favorable pattern that north and south will act in cooperation with each other,which will become one of the benchmarking brands of Hainan’s tourism industry.
