Investigation and Study on Volleyball Population Motivation in Henan Colleges

本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对河南省高校排球人口运动动机进行研究。以河南省高校排球人口运动动机为研究对象。研究的主要目的是分析河南省高校排球人口的运动现状及动机,借以推动排球运动在河南省的普及推广,落实全民健身的国家战略,促进健康中国建设,共筑全民健康的中国梦。研究发现河南省高校排球人口参与排球运动的主观动机由强到弱依次为:消遣娱乐、强身健体、提高能力等;客观动机由强到弱依次是朋友影响、学校培养、单位(学校)影响等。河南省高校排球人口运动动机的制约因素主要有排球运动场地设施较落后,排球运动项目较少,排球活动的组织形式限制,排球文化精神弘扬力度较缺乏等因素。

This study adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the sports motivation of college volleyball population in Henan Province. The motivation of volleyball population exercise in in Henan colleges is taken as the research object. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation and motivation of volleyball in colleges and universities in Henan province,so as to promote the popularization and promotion of volleyball in Henan,implement the national strategy of national fitness,promote the construction of healthy China and build the Chinese dream of national health. It is found that the subjective motives of volleyball population are as follows from strong to weak:recreation,physical fitness,improving ability,etc. while objective motivations from strong to weak include the influence of friends,school cultivation,and unit(school)influence. The factors that restrict the motivation of volleyball population in colleges and universities in Henan Province are as follows:the facilities of volleyball sports are relatively backward,the types of volleyball sports are few,the organization of volleyball activities is limited,and the promotion of volleyball culture and spirit is not strong enough.
