郑州市健身俱乐部经营现状研究

Research on the Operation Status of Fitness Club in Zhengzhou

本文运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等,对郑州市三家具有代表性的不同类型的健身俱乐部的经营现状进行调查研究,发现:郑州市健身俱乐部的多样化有待提高,不同类型的健身俱乐部的经营方式有差别;部分健身俱乐部经营项目的多样化有待提高;部分健身俱乐部的定价政策有待完善。针对其存在的问题,提出相应的对策和建议。

This paper uses the literature data method,investigation method,interview method,logic analysis method,etc. to investigate the operating status of three representative types of fitness clubs in Zhengzhou,and finds that the diversity of Zhengzhou fitness club needs to be improved. The result shows that there are differences operation ways for different types of fitness clubs;the diversification of some fitness club management projects needs to be improved;the pricing strategies of some fitness clubs need to be improved. According to the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
