互联网驱动的产业融合——基于分工与纵向整合的解释

Industrial Convergence Drove by Internet --An Interpretation Base on Division Theory and Vertical Integration

研究互联网企业与传统产业融合的原因和过程有助于理解新技术背景下产业结构的变动,明确互联网企业的业务属性及其市场边界。基于分工理论和一般均衡的方法,本文分析了互联网信息服务企业存在的理由,及其纵向整合产业链上游或下游业务的条件。研究发现:(1)技术的发展使得经济体系中信息、数据资源显性化,成为可以交易的经济要素,信息量及其交易效率是互联网信息服务这种分工形成出现的两个先决条件;(2)信息中介是互联网信息服务企业的基本功能,但是,为了寻求总体利益最大化,在权衡上游或下游业务的专业化水平、学习成本,以及整合上游或下游业务所获收益的基础上,互联网信息服务企业有可能凭借其信息资源的优势纵向整合产业链上的相关业务,造成了产业融合的现象;本研究把"信息"作为连接互联网技术、产业链调整与产业融合的中间因素,完善了技术变革和商业模式创新在解释互联网产业融合成因方面的细节。研究结果对于重新设定互联网企业的产业分类标准,制定合理的产业监管政策提供了理论基础。

It is a common phenomenon that Internet company enter into traditional industry. In this paper, we made a deep analysis on the drive force and process of convergence between Internet company and traditional industry. It will help us to understand changing of industrial structure in the background of new technology and give a proper position of Internet company in classification of industry. Base on division theory and general equilibrium analysis, this paper analyze the existence reason of Internet company and condition of it integrating others businesses. Research found:(1)emergence of internet information service company affected by two factors. One is the quantity of information obtained by Internet company and how much of it can be used to transaction;the other is efficiency of two-sided information service. The higher efficiency of information service, the higher probability of Internet information service division emergence;(2)information intermediary is basic function of all internet information service company. But in order to maximize it profits, many Internet information service company have motive to integrate others businesses in its industrial chain after trade off cost and profit;(3)As an information intermediary, internet company widely inserted into traditional industrial chain, even some others business integrated by internet company. These two kinds of mode are all reflect convergence between Internet company and traditional industry. This research take "information" as linking between Internet technologies, adjust of industrial chain and industrial convergence. Research founds improved current theory interpretation of industrial convergence in details and provided theoretical foundation for establishing reasonable supervision policy.
