新型构件并联法加固角钢输电塔试验研究及设计建议 被引量:9

Tests and design suggestion on a new type of paralleling component method in reinforcing angle steel transmission tower

摘要 角钢输电塔在强风中容易发生倒塌事故,在台风多发区,往往需要对输电塔进行加固补强。针对角钢输电塔的特点,提出一种新型夹具的主材加固方法。通过对一组未加固的角钢试件以及夹具布置和预紧力等各不相同的三组加固后的十字截面角钢试件进行试验,研究夹具数量和布置、螺栓预紧力等对试件承载力和传力效率的影响。试验结果表明,加固后的试件承载力有较大提高;试件的承载力和传力效率随夹具数量和预紧力的增加而增加。最后根据钢结构加固规范和试验结论,提出了新型夹具加固方式的设计建议。 Angle steel transmission tower is prone to collapse in strong wind. In typhoon-prone areas, it is often necessary to strengthen and reinforce the transmission tower. In the light of the characteristics of angle steel transmission tower, a new method in reinforcing transmission tower leg by using new type of fixture was put forward. Tests of a set of unreinforced angle steel test pieces and three different sets of reinforced cross-section angle steel test pieces with different fixture arrangements and pre-tightening forces were carried out, the influence of the number and arrangement of fixture and the pretension of bolts on the bearing capacity and transfer efficiency of specimens were studied. The test results show that the bearing capacity of the reinforced specimens is greatly improved. The bearing capacity and transfer efficiency of specimens increase with the number of fixtures and pretension. Finally, according to the steel structure strengthening code and the test conclusion, the design suggestion of new fixture reinforcing method is suggested.
