摘要
采用非线性时程分析的方法,以天津某教学楼为例,对软弱场地大底盘多塔楼隔震结构进行分析。采用大直径天然橡胶支座与铅芯橡胶支座组合隔震的方式对结构进行整体隔震,形成隔震层顶板作为大底盘承托上部多栋塔楼的复杂结构形式。对隔震与非隔震结构动力特性及层间剪力、层间位移进行对比分析,结果表明隔震结构性能良好。同时对工程设计中相关问题进行了探讨,证明软土场地上此类结构采用大底盘多塔楼隔震的可行性。
An multi-tower isolated structure with enlarged base built in soft soil site was analyzed using nonlinear time-history analysis method with a case study of a teaching building in Tianjin. The whole structure was isolated by the combination of large-diameter natural rubber bearing and lead rubber bearing, and the top plate of the isolation layer was formed as a complex structure form of enlarged base to support the upper multi-towers. The dynamic characteristics, story shear and story displacement of isolated and non-isolated structures were compared. The results show that the performance of isolated structure is good. At the same time, the related problems in the engineering design were discussed to prove the feasibility of adopting enlarged base and multi-tower isolation for this kind of structure in the soft soil site.
