从SARS到COVID-19--血管紧张素转化酶2在冠状病毒感染致高血糖中作用的探讨 被引量:2

From SARS to COVID-19--The role of ACE2 in hyperglycemia caused by coronavirus infection

摘要 严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)和新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)肺炎均为冠状病毒感染导致,病原体同源性高并具有共同受体--血管紧张素转化酶2(ACE2).两种疾病的流行病学数据及临床资料分析显示,SARS患者血糖升高,高血糖对SARS及COVID-19进展均有负面影响.本文就ACE2在冠状病毒感染致高血糖的作用进行综述和探讨. The pathogen of Severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)and coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)are both coronavirus.Both of them have a high homology virus sequence and share a common receptor-angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE2).The epidemiological data showed that the blood glucose levels were elevated in SARS patients and hyperglycemia made a negative impact on disease progression in both SARS and COVID-19.Here,we reviewed the role of ACE2 in hyperglycemia caused by coronavirus infection.
