从新型冠状病毒感染疫情反思糖尿病管理

Reflection on diabetes management from the new coronavirus pandemic situation

糖尿病管理中,患者的疾病自我管理能力对疾病控制至关重要.2019~2020年新型冠状病毒感染疫情导致医疗资源受限,糖尿病患者日常管理、所需药品、社会和家庭支持力度减少,疾病自我效能及管理能力受到影响.虽然突发事件造成管理困难,但糖尿病应坚持管理.为保证管理质量不受外界影响,日常糖尿病管理应重点加强患者多维度的自我管理能力,着重对患者心理调适和解决问题能力予以支持;提高糖尿病管理模式适应性和协调性;线上管理方式是疫情期间维持患者对医疗团队信任和管理连续性的重要保障.

In diabetes management,disease self-management ability of individual is very important in disease control.During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019~2020,patients were faced with the limitation of medical resources that result in the reduction of daily diabetes management and the difficulty in obtaining drugs and the reduction of social and family support,leading more challenges on disease self-efficacy and selfmanagement ability.In the context of emergencies,despite the difficulties,diabetes management should continue.In order to ensure that the quality of disease management is not affected by these external factors,we need to take precautions in normal diabetes management.We should focus on improving multiple self-management ability of patients,and focus on supporting health coping and problemsolving in emergencies;it is also necessary to improve high adaptability and better coordination of management;patients’trust in the medical team and continuity of management are assured by reasonable online management model.
