中美典型城市设计竞争力比较研究

Research into Design Competitiveness of Typical Cities in China and America

文章对比中美典型城市的设计竞争力,分析中美城市设计竞争力的差异,提出相关发展策略。首先,基于钻石模型和创意指数构建城市设计竞争力指标体系,包括5项一级指标和13项二级指标。根据中美24个城市的指标数据建立评价矩阵并进行因子分析,选取贡献率高的公共因子作为设计竞争力的评价指数,建立设计竞争力的综合评价函数。基于中美城市设计竞争力对比结果,分析中国设计产业急需改进的方向,并借鉴美国设计产业优势指标的发展策略,提出相关建议。

The index system of urban design competitiveness is constructed, and there is a disparity of urban design competitiveness of China and America according to the comparable result. Firstly, build the the urban design competitiveness index system based on the Diamond Model and the Creative Index, including 5 first level indexes and 14 two level indexes. Then do the factor analysis according to the data of 24 cities in China and the US, and get indexes which can measure the urban design competitiveness from common factors with high contribution rate. Then, Chinese urban design scientific research strength, development environment and market demand are lower than that of the United States. With reference to the measures of the United States on the development of the design industry, the relevant strategies are put forward.
