摘要
北戴河海滨在中国历史上是首批由中央政府规定的允许中外杂、混居的避暑城市,留下许多著名历史人物的足迹。从整个中国近代建筑历史发展的角度来说,北戴河的别墅有着重要的历史和艺术价值,并且较好体现了中西方建筑文化的融合。罗尔夫·盖苓作为首批到达北戴河的别墅建筑设计师更具有研究价值。
Beidaihe Waterfront is the first summer city in China’s history to allow Chinese and foreign mixed and mixed living.Leaving the footprints of many famous historical figures.From the perspective of the historical development of modern Chinese architecture,The villas in Beidaihe have important historical and artistic value.And it better reflects the fusion of Chinese and Western architectural culture.Rolf Geyling is more of a research value as the first villa architect to arrive at Beidaihe.
