摘要
相对于命题知识而言,能力之知更加偏向于实践能力。通过对本次新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情中几个突出科学传播案例的分析,可以看到公众的能力之知构成了科学传播的瓶颈。这种能力之知不同于科学家和科学哲学家专业领域中的能力之知,公众却能够从这些领域中获得很好的指引。建立和培养公众自身的能力之知是应对突发复杂科学事件的基本保障。
Comparing to knowing-that,knowing-how is a kind of practical ability.The analysis of several cases in COVID-19 outbreak shows that public’s ability of knowing-how has become a bottleneck of science communication.This ability is different from the expertise in science and philosophy of science,but the public can learn well from these fields.It is suggested that to cultivate the knowinghow ability of the public is a radical armor against emergency of scientific affairs.
