摘要
采用质性研究方法,对10名院舍养护青少年进行了生活故事的访谈。研究发现,院舍养护青少年的自我认同困境主要表现为:家系困惑、家庭角色认同的困难、与重要他人的交往不能持续、对工作人员缺乏情感认同、在学校里感受到排斥、社会标签与内化、缺乏归属感七个方面。提出四方面的干预对策:与原生父母或养父母和解,扩展社会支持网络,提供发展机会,以及提供永久性安置。
With the qualitative research method,the life stories of 10 teenagers from children’s welfare home were interviewed.The study found that the difficulties of self-identity included the following seven aspects:genealogical bewilderment,difficulties in family role identification,unsustainable communication with significant others,lack of emotional identity for staffs,social exclusion in school,social label and internalization,and lack of sense of belonging.Four intervention strategies are put forward:reconciliation with original parents or foster parents,expansion of social support network,provision of development opportunities,and provision of permanent resettlement.
