摘要
随着产业转型升级,高职教育步入了高质量发展阶段,人才培养模式也从校企合作育人升级为协同育人。针对校企协同育人面临高职院校定位不准、能力不强、企业认识不够与动力不足、政府缺乏有效规划和协调等问题,通过探索实践石油化工类专业"1+2+3+N"校企协同育人模式,实现了职业教育集团有效主导、中高职资源有效整合、校企协同育人责任共担,有效解决了人才培养出路与市场脱轨、人才培养与企业水土不服、高职院校在校企合作中地位被动、校企协同各方动力不足等问题。
With the industrial transformation and upgrading,higher vocational education has entered a stage of high-quality development,and talents cultivation modes have also been upgraded from school-enterprise cooperation education to collaborative education.In view of the problems faced by school-enterprise collaborative education,such as inaccurate positioning of higher vocational colleges,weak ability,insufficient understanding and motivation of enterprises,and lack of effective planning and coordination of the government,this paper talks about the practice of"1+2+3+N"school-enterprise collaborative education mode for petrochemical major.The mode has realized the effective leadership of vocational education group,effective integration of resources in secondary and higher vocational schools,and the responsibility sharing between schools and enterprises.It effectively solves the problems:the way out of talents cultivation and market derailment,the unacclimation between talent training and enterprises,the passive position of higher vocational colleges in school-enterprise cooperation,and the lack of motivation between schools and enterprises.
