通过对玉林及其周边区域汽车产业发展的情况和汽车行业企业对人才的需求进行调研,得出广西汽车产业的发展规模不断壮大,逐步形成产业集群,微型车全国领先,新能源汽车生产能力初显规模,对高素质汽修技能型人才需求不断增大的结论。同时,从校企协同准确定位专业人才培养目标、校企协同重构专业课程体系、改革教学模式、加强师资队伍建设、对实训环境进行升级改造、加强学生综合素质和职业素养的培养六方面提出改革建议,以提高专业人才培养质量。

Through the investigation of the development of automobile industry in Yulin and its surrounding areas and the actual demand of talents in the automobile industry,it is concluded that the development scale of Guangxi’s automobile industry has grown steadily,gradually forming an industrial cluster,and the mini-car is leading the country.The automobile production capacity of new energy automobiles has begun to show the scale,and the demand for high-quality auto repair skilled talents has been increasing.At the same time,from six aspects to put forward reform suggestions to improve the quality of professional talents training;by the school-enterprise cooperation,to accurately locate the professional talent training objectives;school-enterprise synergistically reconstructs the professional curriculum system;reform the teaching model;strengthen the teaching staff construction;upgrade the training environment;strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality and professional quality.
