基于工作场所学习的高职院校顶岗实习质量评价体系研究及实践

Research and Practice on Quality Evaluation System of Internship in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Workplace Learning

顶岗实习是高职院校育人的重要环节,顶岗实习的质量直接关系到高职人才培养的质量。鉴于目前常见的顶岗实习质量评价模式存在诸多不足,构建了基于工作场所学习的高职院校顶岗实习质量评价体系,随后指出该体系在实践中取得的成效和遭遇的困境,最后提出从外部支持及内部建设两方面来进一步完善该评价体系。

Internship is an important link in the education of higher vocational colleges.The quality of internship is directly related to the training quality of higher vocational talents.Because there are many shortcomings in the current quality evaluation model of internship,this paper constructs a quality evaluation system based on workplace learning in higher vocational colleges,and then points out the effectiveness and difficulties of the system in practice.Finally,this pater puts forward two aspects of external support and internal construction to further improve the evaluation system.
