摘要
岭门互通作为万洋高速最大的枢纽互通,互通区域各路线错综交叉,匝道、主线横跨中线高速,平均墩高11.16m,最高墩高31m。为保证岭门互通桥梁涂装工作顺利完成,通过现场踏勘,研究桥梁涂装的技术难点,根据各个桥梁具体情况,制定配套施工技术方案。由于岭门互通上跨中线高速,为保证施工过程中技术人员及行车安全,制定涂装施工交通管制方案并对比分析各方的优劣势,给出推荐方案。通过制定施工质量保障措施、识别项目风险源,为桥梁防护涂装施工顺利实施提供了重要保障。
Lingmen interchange is the largest hub interchange of Wanyang expressway. The routes in the interchange area are intricately crossed. The ramp and main line cross the middle line expressway, with an average pier height of 11.16 m and a maximum pier height of31 m. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the coating work of Lingmen interchange bridge, the technical difficulties of bridge coating are studied through site survey, and the supporting construction technical scheme is developed according to the specific situation of each bridge. In order to ensure the safety of technical personnel and driving in the construction process, the traffic control scheme for painting construction is formulated and the advantages and disadvantages of all parties are compared and analyzed, and the recommended scheme is given. Through the establishment of construction quality assurance measures and identification of project risk sources, it provides an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of bridge protective coating construction.
