摘要
分析现有装配式混凝土结构临时斜支撑系统,针对临时斜支撑系统中较为重要的固定、垂直度调整等方面进行研究,提出使用的自动化测控设备设想。论文以项目实践、实验结果为基础,提出了适用于装配式建筑的高精度测控一体化支撑系统,经实践检验,新型一体化系统切实可行,最终效果满足施工要求,可为装配式混凝土结构项目提供高效构件安装。
This paper analyzes the existing assembly concrete structure temporary inclined support system, researches on the important aspects of the temporary inclined support system, such as fixation, verticality adjustment, and puts forward the idea of using automatic measurement and control equipment. Based on the project practice and experimental results, this paper puts forward a high-precision measurement and control integrated support system for prefabricated buildings. Through practical test, the new integrated system is feasible,and the final effect meets the construction requirements, which can provide high-efficiency component installation for prefabricated concrete structure projects.
