Study on Risk Management of PPP Project of Highway Engineering

PPP项目近几年发展迅速,为地方基础设施建设的快速发展创造了良好的条件。同时,PPP项目较之传统现汇项目也更为复杂,项目的实施过程中面临着更多的风险。论文通过对公路工程PPP项目进行研究,分析项目实施过程中面临的风险,并为防范和管理这些风险提出相应的措施和建议。

PPP projects have developed rapidly in recent years, creating good conditions for the rapid development of local infrastructure construction. At the same time, PPP project is more complex than traditional spot exchange project, and the implementation process of the project faces more risks. Through the research on PPP project of highway engineering, this paper analyzes the risks faced in the process of project implementation, and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions for the prevention and management of these risks.
