Path of Rural Civilization Construction in China under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

阐述了我国农村乡风文明建设中存在的问题。分析了农村乡风文明建设中存在问题的原因。指出了乡村振兴战略背景下我国农村乡风文明建设的主要措施:进一步提升农民整体思想道德素质;建立并完善乡风文明的管理体制与机制;加大对农村基础设施建设投入;大力开展精神文明创建活动;引导并鼓励农民树立新风尚,积极参与典型评选活动。

This paper expounds the problems existing in the construction of rural civilization in China and analyzes the causes.It points out the main measures of rural civilization construction under the background of rural revitalization strategy:further improving the ideological and moral quality of farmers;establishing and improving the management system and mechanism of rural civilization;increasing investment of rural infrastructure construction;vigorously carrying out the activities of spiritual civilization;guiding and encouraging farmers to establish new trends and actively participate in typical selection activities.
