阐述了学报编辑队伍的建设对于高校学报生存和发展的重要性。通过分析高校学报编辑队伍存在的问题,如机构设置不合理、专业编辑缺乏、编辑业务水平不高、人员不稳定等,提出了转变观念、注重编辑人才培养、合理完善各项相关制度、制定有效的激励机制等措施,以建立一支政治立场坚定、编辑业务水平一流、爱岗敬业的编辑队伍,实现高校学报的可持续发展。

The paper expounds the importance of the construction of the editorial team for the existence and development of university journals,and analyzes the problems existing in the editorial team,such as unreasonable institutional setting,lack of professional editors,low editing level and unstable personnel,etc.Therefore,it puts forward some measures:changing the concept,paying attention to the cultivation of editing talents,reasonably improving various relevant systems and formulating effective incentive mechanisms.Its purpose is to establish a strong political stance,first-class professional level and dedicated editing team to achieve sustainable development of university journals.
