摘要
以沈阳大学留学生MBA“市场营销”课程教学改革实践为例,阐述课程的性质与教学任务,分析教学实践中教学方式、学生评价、学生管理三方面存在的问题。提出改革留学生MBA“市场营销”课程教学的若干建议:采用“对分课堂”教学模式;使用“微信雨课堂”教学手段;将中国传统文化融入课堂教学;使用多元化成绩评价方式;强化留学生MBA学员管理等。
Taking the teaching reform practice of MBA“Marketing”course for foreign students in Shenyang University as an example,this paper explains the nature and teaching tasks of this course,and analyses the problems in teaching practice,student evaluation and student management.It puts forward some suggestions for teaching reform of this course:adopting the“PAD Class”teaching mode,and using the“WeChat Rain Classroom”teaching method,integrating Chinese traditional culture into the classroom teaching,taking the diversification of student performance evaluation methods and strengthening management of MBA foreign students.
