退火温度对Ti662合金显微组织和拉伸性能的影响

摘要 利用XRD、SEM等手段研究了退火温度对Ti662合金显微组织中初生α相体积分数和β相晶粒平均面积的变化情况,对不同退火温度处理的Ti662合金丝材料进行了室温拉伸性能测试,并观察了拉伸断口形貌.结果表明:随着退火温度升高,合金中初生α相体积分数下降,β相体积分数增大,β相晶粒平均面积增大;同时,合金强度降低,塑性略有提高. The changes in the volume fraction ofαphase and the grain sizes ofβphase in micro-structure of Ti662 alloy corresponding to different annealing temperatures were investigated by techniques of XRD and SEM.The tensile properties of each sample were finally evaluated,and the fracture morphology were analyzed.Results reveal that with the increasing of annealing temperature,the volume fraction of primaryαphase andβphase are respectively decreased and increased,the grain sizes ofβphase rise,at the same time,the tensile strength of alloy is reduced and the plasticity is slightly improved.
